A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to begin your order. After your deposit is received, a JNation team member will reach out via email within 1–2 business days to begin building your personalized family ordering page.

To ensure enough time for design, production, and delivery, your event date must be at least 5 weeks away at the time of booking.

Ordering will close 7 days prior to your event date, so all orders can be processed and shipped on time.
